Hungarkatta Port

                 This port is located on the bank of Sita and Swarra River with a large potential 
 power  development  as a  fishing  harbour. At present  the  navigation  of  this port is
 through sand bar. By construction of suitable break-water and river training walls, it is
 possible to develop this port into a regular all weather port. 

• Location : Latitude 13⁰  27’ N and Longitude 74⁰  42’  E

• Konkan Railway line and N.H.17 passing very close to the port.

        Existing Facilities:

• Wharf in front of Port Office.

• Wooden jetties – 2 Nos.
